We are proud to announce the next in a series of Headliners gracing our stage for this years’ upcoming Burlesque Festival.

My name is Velvet Jones. I am a burlesque artist, model, costume designer, sewing teacher and model.
My burlesque journey started in 2014 at The Cheek Of It School of Burlesque in London.
Burlesque has truly changed my life and as opened up so many doors for me.

Im a regular model for brands such as What Katie Did, Collectif and Playful Promises.

I have performed nationally and internationally and have graced the stages of The Cocoa Butter Club, Proud Cabaret, Boom Town, Sexihbition, 100 Watt Club to name a few.

I’m known for my high class, high sass awesomess.

I like to feel I inspire others to unlock their inner goddess and be confident in their skin.

Along side burlesque I run a bespoke wedding dress company (Sophia Brown London) where I make gorgeous dresses for brides. I also make costumes for burlesque artists (Velvet Jones Bespoke) and I teach sewing workshops (Sew Pretty Happy).

My top tip for feeling confident is Not to compare yourself to others and appreciate yourself for the fabulous queen that you are!
